The Packet-A Panel Topics are the "Topics & Report Forms" only. They are for GSR's to take to their home groups for discussion so the GSR's can make informed decisions on behalf of their group when discussing and voting on the assembly floor.

Background materials for Packet-A topics are not included on the website. Please contact your panel chair for the background information.

For each Assembly your Panel Chair should be distributing the Panel Topics to you. 
If you have not received panel your topics, please contact your Panel Chair for complete packet information including background materials.
