The Packet-A Panel Topics are the Report Forms only. They are for GSR's to take to their home groups for discussion so the GSR's can make informed decisions on behalf of their group when discussing and voting on the assembly floor.
Full background materials for Packet-A items cannot be sanitized and will not be posted on the website at this time.

For each Assembly your Panel Chair should be distributing the Panel Topics to you.
