At this assembly, we will be primarily addressing Packet-A agenda items as they pertain to the 2026 General Service Conference.  There are no Packet-B (pertaining to Area 03 only) items assigned to the panels.

Pre-Conference Assembly Panel Topic Packets

Access to the Packet Topics with full background materials for the Pre Conference Assembly Panel Members requires a Log In.

For the pre-conference assembly, you should receive the login information from the advisor/coordinator assigned to your Panel.  This information should be sent out by March 10th.

For ONLINE access to packet material: (If you haven't received it by March 10th)

  1. Go to the Assemblies section of the website.
  2. Click '2026-2027 Group Panel Assignments' from the top menu OR scroll down to click 'Current 2026-2027 Area 03 Panel Assignments - PDF' on bottom of the Assemblies page.
  3. Locate the entity (group, district, intergroup) that you are representing in the list and note the panel assignment.
  4. Email the Registrar (Registrar Email Link) with the following information:
    1. Name
    2. Entity that you are representing
    3. Panel assignment
  5. You will receive an email back with the login information.

If you need a PHYSICAL COPY of the packet material MAILED to you:

  1. Contact the Area Registrar to verify the information for your group/district/intergroup is current.
  2. Notify the Area Registrar that you require a hard copy of the packet material to be mailed to you.
